ETFS Leveraged Commodity Securities - Results of Meetings

ETFS Daily Leveraged Brent Crude Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Coffee Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged WTI Crude Oil Individual Securities and ETFS Daily Leveraged Petroleum Index Securities. (the "Affected Securities").

Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited on 17 December 2014, 19 December 2014 and 14 January 2015 in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Securities, notice is hereby given that at adjourned meetings held on 23 January 2015 the Extraordinary Resolution set out in each Notice of Meeting for each class of Affected Securities other than ETFS Daily Leveraged Petroleum Index Securities was duly passed by the requisite majority. 

The Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting for ETFS Daily Leveraged Petroleum Index Securities was not passed due to lack of a quorum at the Meeting.
