Announcement of further Share Issuance

Further to announcement released by the Company on 16 July 2020 regarding the issue of equity, the Company is pleased to confirm that, due to further investor demand arising following the closing of that issue, the Company intends to issue further new ordinary shares at the same price of US$1.44 per new ordinary share, reflecting a 7.5 per cent. premium to the 30 June 2020 net asset value.
