Announcement of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Real Good Food plc (AIM: RGD) will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. at Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ on Monday 12th September 2016.

At the meeting Pieter Totté, Executive Chairman, will make a short statement on trading and following the formal business of the meeting the Executive Management will give a presentation on Company Strategy.

Shareholders, as well as non-members, are warmly invited to attend and there will be lunch and a chance to try new cake decorating techniques.
