AGM Statement
Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held in Zurich at 1100 (Swiss time) today, the following update will be given to shareholders:
"As previously announced, the Board of Gable continues to pursue the implementation of its Strategic Restructuring Plan as part of a wider strategic review. The Board confirms that discussions with A rated carriers are continuing and there remains a range of possible outcomes to the strategic review. A further announcement will be made as soon as appropriate."
