HG Capital Trust PLC19 April 2005 HgCapital Trust plc Results of AGM Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held today, we arepleased to announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed. Retirement of a Director Immediately following the AGM Mr David Bucks retired as a director and Chairmanof the Company with effect from today. He has been succeeded as Chairman by MrRoger Mountford.
