Admission to Official List
Further to the Company's announcements dated 20 June 2019, regarding the placement of US$125 million 8.25% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2024 (the "Bonds"), issued by Petropavlovsk 2010 Limited (the "Issuer"), and guaranteed by Petropavlovsk PLC, and 26 September 2019, regarding the publication of a prospectus relating to the Bonds, the Company hereby notifies the market that application was made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the Bonds to be admitted to the Official List. The Bonds were admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 1 October 2019.
Application was also made to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Bonds were admitted to trading on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 2 October 2019.
