The Company has today made application for a total of 224,390 ordinary shares of 2p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to AIM in connection with shares to be issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of DBDA by the Company following the business of DBDA meeting certain pre-agreed performance targets.
Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to occur on 7 July 2008.
