Greene King plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares have been issued and allotted to the Greene King Employee Share Trust to enable the Trustee to satisfy awards under various employee share schemes.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 20 October 2016.
