ATA Group PLC07 January 2005 ATA Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares arebeing issued following an exercise of share options by an employee of the Company. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and dealingsare expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 13 January2005.
