Mirada PLC07 March 2008 Mirada PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights The Board of the Company has resolved to issue 13,684 ordinary shares of £1 eachin the capital of the Company to a former employee as part of a settlement. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 13 March 2008. Following the admission fo the new ordinary shares the total number of shares inissue and therefore the total number of voting rights will be 19,851,097.
