Additional Listing 

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 7,061 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme. 

The current issued share capital of the Company is 40,598,004 ordinary shares of 10p each. 

Application has been made for admission of these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and it is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence on 19 May 2009.
