Churchill China PLC03 May 2005 Churchill China plc Additional listing Application has been made for 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each to beadmitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London StockExchange. These shares are being issued following the exercise of options overshares, granted in accordance with the Approved Share Option Scheme: 10,000 options exercised at a price of 151p These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings areexpected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 6th May 2005.
