ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each under an ordinary share Block Listing facility.
The shares may be issued from time to time to satisfy investor demand, provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will become effective at 8am on 10 May 2017.
