Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
200,000 shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Greene King Sharesave scheme 2015. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
Admission is expected to be effective on 4 March 2016.
