UBC Media Group PLC19 April 2006 UBC Media Group plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options / Additional Listing The Company has today issued 12,500 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exerciseof share options. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects withthe existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.
