UTV PLC01 October 2007 Additional Listing UTV PLC ("the Company") An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange plc for a total of 292,035 ordinary shares of 5p each to be listedunder a block listing pursuant to the UTV performance share plan, to trade onthe London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.It is expected that admission will occur and trading will commence on 2 October2007.
