SMC Group Plc10 October 2006 SMC Group PLC ("The Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 2,417,205 Ordinary Shares of0.5p each in the Company to trading. These shares, which will rank pari passu inall respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant tothe acquisitions announced on 25 September 2006.
