Torex Retail PLC17 March 2005 TOREX RETAIL PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for a total of 2,026,999 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIMmarket of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The Ordinary Shares are beingissued to satisfy the second earn out payment relating to the acquisition ofMicrelec NV (now Torex Retail NV) in 2003 when that company was a subsidiary ofTorex plc.
