Listing Application

Application has been made for admission of 525,000 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each of the Company to trading on the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. The 525,000 new ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Total Produce plc 2007 Share Option Scheme. It is expected that admission to trading will take place at 8.00 am on 22ndApril 2014.

Following admission, Total Produce plc will have 352,411,732 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in issue, of which 22 million shares are held as Treasury Shares and, therefore, do not carry voting rights.
