Listing of Common Stock 

Ford Motor Company ("Ford") has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading, of a further 361,175,153 ordinary shares of common stock following a series of issues arising from the conversion of transferable securities, the cancellation or retirement of certain debentures and under Ford employee incentive plans. Ford has its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and a secondary listing in London.
