Yoomedia PLC04 March 2005 4 March 2005 YooMedia PLC ("YooMedia" or the "Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that 40,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "NewOrdinary Shares") have been issued and allotted in relation to the exercise ofemployee share options. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New OrdinaryShares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to becomeeffective at 8am on Thursday 10 March 2005.
