Air Music & Media Group PLC04 July 2005 Air Music & Media Group plc ("Air Music" or "the Company") Additional Listing Air Music today issued 2,917,701 new ordinary shares to Mr Warren Goldberg, avendor of Hollywood DVD Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Theshares were issued pursuant to a settlement agreement with Mr Goldberg dated 21June 2005. Accordingly, application has been made for the admission of 2,917,701 newordinary shares to trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares will rankpari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings in thenew ordinary shares are expected to commence on 8 July 2005.
