Further to the Additional Listing announcement released on 30 January 2020 at 09:30 (RNS Number: 4317B), the nominal value of GoCo Group plc's ordinary shares should read £0.0002 (not £0.0002 pence). The corrected full text of the announcement is provided below.

Additional Listing

GoCo Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 6,205,000 ordinary shares of £0.0002 each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted as follows:

·; 5,755,000 shares in connection with the GoCo Group plc Performance Share Plan

·; 450,000 shares in connection with the Gocompare.com Group plc Sharesave Plan

The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to commence on 31 January 2020.
