Carpetright plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 340,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Carpetright plc to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted under the Carpetright plc Save As You Earn Scheme.

They will rank equally in all respects (including as to voting rights) with the existing issued Ordinary shares.

Admission is expected to be effective on 21 September 2015.
