Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 240,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the rules of the Greene King plc Save4Shares Scheme 2005. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
Admission is expected to be effective on 6 October 2016.
