Humberts Group PLC13 July 2007 Humberts Group plc ("Humberts" or "the Group") Additional Listing Application has been made for 40,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each to beadmitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market("AIM") for listed securities. The new shares which rank pari passu with the existing shares, have been issuedto satisfy the exercise of share options.
