Byotrol PLC08 June 2007 Byotrol plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board announces that following the exercise of warrants 565,600 ordinaryshares in the Company have been issued. Accordingly, application has been made for 565,600 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on15 June 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
