Velti PLC02 July 2007 Velti plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 102,803 ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted on pursuant to anaward of shares to the non-executive directors in lieu of all or part of theirannual salary.
