Yoomedia PLC13 January 2005 YooMedia Plc ("YooMedia" or the "Company") Additional Listing Further to the announcement released on 12 December 2003 in relation toYooMedia's acquisition of GoPlay TV Limited, the Company announces that4,050,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have beenissued and allotted, credited as fully paid, in relation to the remainingsatisfaction of the consideration in accordance with the terms of theacquisition agreement.
