UTV PLC06 October 2006 Additional Listing UTV PLC ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange plc for a total of 284,768 ordinary shares of 5p each to be listedunder a block listing pursuant to the Company's share option scheme, to trade onthe London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.It is expected that admission will occur and trading will commence on 11 October2006.
