ATA Group PLC06 May 2005 ATA Group Plc ('Company') Additional Listing Application has been made for 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares arebeing issued following the exercise of share options by employees of thecompany.
