The Company announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 500,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each under a block admission. Such shares may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the James Halstead Group Share Option Plan (1998). It is expected that admission will become effective on 18 June 2008.
