AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC

Aga Foodservice Group plc announces the allotment of 4 ordinary shares of 25 pence each. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission of these shares to the Official List and listing is expected to become effective on 11th May 2007.

The shares, which rank pari passu with the Existing Ordinary Shares, have been issued so that the number of New Ordinary Shares in issue after the Share Consolidation is a whole number.

All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the circular to Shareholders dated 30th March 2007.
