Global Petroleum Ltd21 September 2005 Global Petroleum Limited Exercise of Options Global Petroleum Limited advises that Directors have approved the allotment of500,000 fully paid ordinary shares as the result of a notice received fromTaylor Collison Limited to exercise the remaining 50% of the options held by it.The options which were issued as payment in lieu of brokerage fees for theprivate placement of funds in October 2003 are exercisable at 25 cents each.Taylor Collison exercised the initial 50% in April 2005. An application for quotation of the new shares has been made to the ASX todayand the shares are expected to be allotted by 23 September 2005. The totalnumber of Global ordinary shares quoted on the ASX and AIM following theexercise will be 169,579,805. The shares are expected to be admitted to tradingon AIM on 26 September 2005.
