Yoomedia PLC24 October 2006 YooMedia plc ('YooMedia' or the 'Company') Additional Listing Following the EGM held on 3 October 2006, and in accordance with the shareholderresolutions passed therein, the Board of YooMedia has issued 10,521,600 ordinaryshares to Mr Leo Noe at a price of 2p per ordinary share. The Board of YooMedia was also advised that an employee had served notice toexercise 19,106 share options at a price of 1p per ordinary share. In accordancewith the terms of the relevant share option agreement, 19,106 ordinary sharesare being issued and allotted. Application has been made for the 10,540,706 ordinary shares to be admitted toAIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 October 2006.
