Firestone Diamonds PLC28 October 2005 Firestone Diamonds plc 28 October 2005 Firestone Diamonds plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the agreementannounced on 5 September 2005 under which the Company agreed to acquire4,879,220 ordinary shares in African Diamonds plc in return for new ordinaryshares in the Company, it has allotted 1,876,624 new ordinary shares in theCompany in this respect. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinaryshares in the Company.
