Byotrol PLC18 September 2007 Byotrol plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board announces that, following the exercise of warrants, 192,458 ordinaryshares in the Company have been issued. Accordingly, application has been made for 192,458 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on24 September 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
