("Boxhill", the "Group" or the "Company")

Action Against the Company

The Company has received winding up petitions purportedly issued under the Insolvency Act 1986 against both the Company and its subsidiary, Prize Provision Services Limited (the "Petitions"). Having taken legal advice from specialist insolvency Counsel the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") believes that the Petitions are wholly without legal merit, procedurally and technically deficient and are liable to be struck-out as an abuse of legal process. The Petitions have been presented by Eupay Group Limited, a company that formerly supplied payment services to the Group, and the Board believe this to be an effort to avoid repaying balances due to the Group of £225,235.

The Company will provide further information regarding the timing of future matters relating to this as and when they become aware of them.
