Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces completion of the acquisition of Balex Metal sp. z.o.o.
Kingspan, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce further to its earlier announcement on 15 December 2017 (RNS 5364Z), that it yesterday completed the acquisition of Balex Metal sp. z.o.o.
There are no material changes to the terms of the acquisition as originally announced.
