Hellenic Telecomms Organization S A15 November 2007 Announcement Athens, Iovember 15, 2007 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTESA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,announces that: On November 14, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 5,137,647Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for €26,2489 per share. Beforethe aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 277,785,011 shares and thecorresponding voting rights (representing 82.97% of the total share capital) ofCosmote SA. Following the aforementioned transaction OTE SA holds 282,922,658shares and the corresponding voting rights (representing 84,51% of the totalshare capital) of Cosmote SA.
