Sefton Resources Inc16 May 2005 Sefton Resources Inc. ("Sefton") Acquisition Sefton Resources, the AIM listed oil and gas production company, announces thatit has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to buy certain gas propertiestogether with related gas pipeline and other operating equipment in Kansas. Theacquisition would compliment Sefton's existing assets in the Forest City Basinof Eastern Kansas. It would also fit within Sefton's strategy of acquiringassets with a long life and proven resources.
