Latchways PLC29 June 2007 Acquisition Latchways plc announces that, on 28 June 2007, it acquired the entire issuedshare capital of Height Solutions Limited, a provider of safety walkway systems,from its shareholders John Boyle, Gavin Ellis and Paul Horobin, for a net cashconsideration of £749,000. The transaction was funded out of existing cashreserves.
