Kingspan Group Plc ("Kingspan") announces full completion of the acquisition of CRH Insulation Europe

Kingspan, the leading provider of low energy building solutions, is pleased to announce that further to its initial announcement on 11 November 2010 regarding the acquisition of the European insulation businesses of CRH plc, and the subsequent announcement on 19 January 2011 regarding part completion of the acquisition, it yesterday completed the acquisition of the remaining insulation businesses.

There are no material changes to the terms of the acquisition as originally announced.
