Directorate change
The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc ("Snoozebox" or the "Company") (AIM: ZZZ) announces the following Board changes, all of which take place today with immediate effect.
Lorcán Ó Murchú, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from the Board. He will remain available to assist the Company and facilitate a handover of his duties for a period of six months.
Chris Errington, currently Non-executive Chairman, will take on the role of Executive Chairman on a part time basis.
Prior to receiving the CEO's resignation, the Board had begun a comprehensive review of the business. The review is nearing completion and the initial findings will be published shortly.
