Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 27 June 2011, options were exercised by an employee in respect of 4,363 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") through the Company's 2008 Employee Sharesave Scheme at a price of 220.0p per share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, following the allotment of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital is 15,271,699. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share having the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
