Zoopla Property Group General Meeting Poll Results
The board of Zoopla Property Group Plc (the "Company") announces the results of the poll taken on the resolutions at the General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today. All resolutions were approved by a majority of votes, ranging from 84.08% to 84.27%.
Following shareholder approval at the General Meeting, the Company made a Value Creation Plan ("VCP") award to the CEO, Alex Chesterman, in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting previously circulated to shareholders.

Notes:
(i) Votes 'For' include those votes giving the Chairman discretion.
(ii) At 29 September 2015 there were 418,116,472 shares in issue with the right to vote.
(iii) The votes 'Withheld' are not counted towards the votes cast 'For' or 'Against' at the General Meeting.

The resolutions were ordinary resolutions, requiring a majority of votes cast in favour for the resolutions to be passed.
