Zoopla Property Group Plc (the "Company")
Issue of 180,786 ordinary shares toZoopla Property Group Plc Share Incentive Plan
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 180,786 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Shares") in the Company for admission on Thursday 3 July 2014 to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
The Shares were issued and allotted to Brewin 1762 Nominees Limited on 27 June 2014 for the purposes of the Zoopla Property Group Plc Share Incentive Plan (an employees' share scheme as that term is defined for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006).
