COMPLETION OF USWITCH ACQUISITON
Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) ("ZPG"), the digital media business which owns and operates some of the UK's leading online property brands including Zoopla and PrimeLocation, today announces that the acquisition of Ulysses Enterprises Limited ("uSwitch") (the "Acquisition") has completed. This follows ZPG receiving FCA approval of the change of control of uSwitch which was the last outstanding condition of the Acquisition.
