Press Coverage
The Directors of ZincOx note recent press coverage connected with the forthcoming general meeting of the Company, and particularly with regard to the financing arrangements and EAFD supply agreements for its RHF recycling plant in Ohio, USA. The Directors refer interested parties to the announcement made by the Company on 6 April 2010 which stated that:
- "ZincOx has received a banking mandate and term sheet which is currently being considered by the Board in order to raise US$60 million project finance for ORP. This finance together with cash resources held by the Company is expected to be sufficient to develop ORP without further recourse to shareholders"; and
- "Negotiations to secure EAFD supply contracts to ORP are underway".
The Directors confirm that the position with regard to these disclosures remains unchanged.
