Directors' shareholdings
ZincOx Resources plc (AIM: ZOX) announces that it was notified on 22 May 2013 by Andrew Woollett, Executive Chairman, that on the same day he purchased 1,288,244 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 15.525 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Woollett has a beneficial interest in 3,773,643 Shares, representing 3.65% of the issued share capital of the Company. 800,000 of these Shares are registered in the name of EFG Trust Company Limited, and a further 279,207 are held in the name of his children.
The Company also announces that it has been notified on the same day by Simon Hall, Finance Director, that on 22 May 2013 he purchased 65,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 16.84 pence per Share. These shares are held in his pension fund. Following this transaction, Mr. Hall has a beneficial interest in 85,000 shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
